No Specials on the Garden Room or Villa Le Vasa.
All Specials Payment is required in full at time of booking.
Specials are only valid when directly booking with Le Vasa Resort.
Specials are valid only with a minimum number of nights posted and are not combinable.
For Specials additional nights charged at regular rate and includes a daily tropical breakfast.
2-night minimum stay is required from June to November and over the Christmas holiday.

Guests on flights with early morning airport arrival times who wish to guarantee room
availability prior to normal check-in time should pre-book their room from the prior night.

Late check out: can be arranged in upon arrival and is subject to room availability.
After guests arrive late check-out can be arranged prior to guest’s departure and is subject to room availability until 1 pm.

Child Policy: Children over 10 welcome year round.

Child policy is in place for insurance reasons as all our facilities are right on the water, guests visiting with children must be aware of them at all times, we do not have a life guard and will not be held responsible for their safety.

Payment Conditions: Reservations must be secured with a credit card.
Le Vasa Resort accepts VISA and MasterCard.
One night’s non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking either by credit card or bank transfer. Balance is required in full upon arrival.
Prices may be subject to change based on exchange rates.
Our hotel rate of exchange is updated monthly.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: will apply once a booking has been confirmed.
Your credit card will be charged the following cancellation fees:

• Deposit Non-refundable
• Date of booking to 30 days prior to arrival - deposit + 50% of total stay
• Date of booking to 29- 15 days prior to arrival - deposit + 75% of total stay
• Under 15 days prior to arrival - Nil refund

Full charge will apply to no shows or days not used due to delayed arrival or premature departure for any reason: We must receive your cancellation request in writing. The date we acknowledge receipt is the date of the cancellation.
